My son began going to Mrs. Jay's summer camp program a few weeks ago. To say he LOVES it is an understatement. He comes home happy (yay!) and tired (yay!!) and is always talking about going back the next day. Even on days when he has the option to stay home, he begs to go back. Thanks, Mrs. Jay! Excellent group of instructors. Family friendly atmosphere with no attitudes. I highly recommend the jujitsu classes. It's an excellent form of self-defense. The cardio kickboxing classes will definitely give anyone a workout! And of course the TKD classes are top notch for people of all ages. Kids to adults, serious martial arts trainers to the person who wants an occasional workout. They have it all! Come join us!
Jay's cardio kickboxing class is amazing! As a beginner I'm so thankful Jay takes the time to instruct us newbies, while still having the intensity to give a really great workout.
My twin daughters started attending summer camp about a month ago after several attempts at summer camps elsewhere. They absolutely LOVE this camp!! When I pick them up from camp at the end of the day, they ask me if they can stay longer. On days they don't have to go to camp, they ask if they can go. I've never before seen this happen with my daughters. There are so many fun activities planned daily. Miss Jay is so passionate about what she does, and it really shows. She goes above and beyond to make sure these kids have a really great time. I can't recommend this program more highly.
